Harold (Buddy) Hartmann is a Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – NY and CT). Buddy has over twenty five years of experience in the Public accounting with a focus on taxation and 10 years in the financial services and insurance industry. He holds the following registrations: Series 63 (Agent), Series 7 (General Securities), and Series 66 (Combined State Law).

Buddy has a demonstrated an educated integration of understanding Tax Beta in his overall financial planning along with a solid commitment to educating his clients, implementing a focused financial plan and monitoring that plan to achieve his client Goals.

He is now affiliated with Northstar Wealth Partners an LPL Financial Group member with offices in West Hartford, Middlefield and Madison CT.

Buddy is a resident of Madison, CT and enjoys participating and coaching his son and daughter in a range of sports including baseball, softball and basketball. He is an active member in the Madison community, his church and volunteers regularly for a wide variety of causes including being the Co-director of Run for the Cove 5K, 2mile memorial walk and kids fun run (Covect.org).
